Front Range Gun Dog Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Front Range Gun Dog, return your goods within 30 days in the original packaging in unused condition, and a replacement, substitution or refund will be provided. Please contact Front Range Gun Dog Customer Service at 720-557-6075 if you have a return or exchange request.

To be eligible for a return, items and all their packaging must be received in as new condition. All returns to Front Range Gun Dog will be inspected to ensure they comply with this return policy.

If you are requesting a refund, and your return has been inspected by our Returns Department and found satisfactory, we will complete the refund process within the next 10 business days.

We recommend that you insure your return package against loss and request a delivery confirmation and a tracking option. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any return shipment that is lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring a returned or exchanged product.

For any item that is returned for a refund or exchange, our cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund or from the value of the exchange.
